Sample Statement of Work -- Fixed Price

Task:

Development of a toolkit to allow automated activation of ``Utility'' (Pay-Per-Use) processors.

Subtasks:

1. Develop design of the Utility Toolkit, based up on the Investigation Report done by customer Engineering Staff.

2. Develop test design, sufficient to achieve 100% function call coverage, and 95% branch coverage.

3. Develop prototype/beta implementation of Utility Toolkit, for release to beta customer.

4. Complete productization of Utility Toolkit for delivery with customer's regular Application Release.

Deliverables:

1. Design documentation for Utility Toolkit.

2. Test design documentation for Utility Toolkit.

3. Source code and documentation, checked into source control system. Includes packaging modifications to parent product.

4. Updated Toolkits ready for delivery for inclusion on regular Application Release.

Completion Criteria:

1. Review by customer engineers and sign off by customer Project Manager.

2. Review by customer engineers and sign off by customer Project Manager.

3. Review by customer engineers and sign off by customer Project Manager.

4. Successful installation and de-installation, Review by customer Engineers and sign off by customer Project Manager.

Deadlines:

1. Design completed by 13 July, 2001.

2. Test design completed by 20 July, 2001

3. Implementation completed by 03 August, 2001.

4. Productization completed by 17 August, 2001

Final completion, no later than 17 August, 2001.

Customer provided Resources:

• Utility/PPU capable system.
• Documentation developer.
• Test developer.

Expected Term:

6 weeks.
